Project Development
The core of developing renewable energy projects is the creation of valuable project rights by negotiating and concluding legal and commercial contracts.
Starting with market research and location analysis we develop renewable energy projects including all necessary surveys, applications, calculations and contracts leading to bankable project rights.
Engineering – Procurement – Construction
The core of realizing renewable energy projects is the delivery of high-quality assets by a holistic and interlocked process.
Starting with site specifics we design renewable energy projects using an optimal set of components and suppliers, organize just-in-time deliveries of materials and services, leading the construction process and perform acceptance testing to ensure excellent built assets.
Asset Management
The core of managing renewable energy assets is to maximize the Return on Investment by optimizing technical and commercial performance.
Starting with a technical and commercial analysis of the asset we handle all operational matters on behalf of the asset owner, monitor the compliance with contracts, control the O&M service providers and optimize operational tasks in order to improve the asset’s value and maximize profitability.
Project Finance
Running a structured process is the key to receive finance for each project milestone.
We advise on long-term project finance and in-/divestment transactions for your energy assets.
Project Management

We are pleased to handover the PV system on the new OBI Freiburg to the owner. The system has a capacity of 60 kWp and was installed on a car park roof with a mounting system developed by LIMHILL. The complete system meets all building regulations requirements for photovoltaics in overhead glazing.
It was a tough job until everything worked out the way we wanted it to be. We are happy that our homepage is finally online. We will report regularly about our projects and we are looking forward to your feedback.
